Combines intumescent fire protection, waterborne low-odor application, wood-substrate adhesion and export documentation support while keeping decorative timber surfaces practical for commercial interiors.
Construction Instructions
- Clean, dry and sand the wood surface; remove dust, wax, oil and old unstable coatings before application.
- TFRCWP: mix A component, B component and clean water in the specified ratio, rest for 30 minutes, stir again and filter through an 80-mesh screen before brushing or spraying.
- Apply multiple controlled coats. For TFRCWP, each dry film coat is about 250 um and recoating starts after surface dry. Outdoor use must add a weather-resistant / UV topcoat.
