Core Features

01

Technical Parameters

TFRCWP mixing ratioA component : B component : clean water = 1.5 : 1 : 1 by volume
Pot lifeUse the mixed TFRCWP material within 6 hours
Recommended dry filmTFRCWP total dry film >=500 um; single-component wood coating recommended dry film 0.8-1.0 mm
Drying / curingTFRCWP surface dry about 4 h and full cure 48 h; single-component wood coating surface dry <=3 h and through dry <=22 h
Wood moistureTFRCWP wood moisture 12%-15%; single-component wood version recommends <=12%
Reference standardsGB12441 wood fireproof standard and EN13501 B-class fire-retardant positioning

Application Fields

Solid wood, plywood, MDF, timber battens, decorative wood panels, indoor timber structures, furniture, hotels, villas and commercial interior wood components.

Product Advantages

Combines intumescent fire protection, waterborne low-odor application, wood-substrate adhesion and export documentation support while keeping decorative timber surfaces practical for commercial interiors.

Construction Instructions

  1. Clean, dry and sand the wood surface; remove dust, wax, oil and old unstable coatings before application.
  2. TFRCWP: mix A component, B component and clean water in the specified ratio, rest for 30 minutes, stir again and filter through an 80-mesh screen before brushing or spraying.
  3. Apply multiple controlled coats. For TFRCWP, each dry film coat is about 250 um and recoating starts after surface dry. Outdoor use must add a weather-resistant / UV topcoat.
